Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This policy defines how Bastion ART processes personal data of bastion-art.com users in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection No. 3144 of 2023.
2. What data is collected
Name, phone number, and - when filling in the relevant forms - additional context (city, property area, comment) that the user voluntarily provides when submitting a contact form. Separately, the site keeps anonymous visit statistics (page views, device type, referrer) via Vercel Analytics - without cookies and without any data that could identify an individual.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to contact the user regarding their request: cost estimate, site tour booking, project discussion.
4. Disclosure to third parties
Data is not disclosed to third parties, except as required by applicable law, or to services necessary to process the request (CRM, email and messenger integrations).
5. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, or until the user withdraws consent.
6. User rights
The user has the right to: request a copy of their personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of their data; withdraw consent to processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to daniil.design@icloud.com. The user may also lodge a complaint with Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service.
